SoftQuest was established and is managed by an experienced professional that has more than 30 years of multi-faceted experience in the field of Information Technology and other related areas. This experience that covers General Management, Financial management, Project Management and HRD management was acquired by developing and deploying solutions and servicing many multi-national organisations.

SoftQuest manpower include in-house full time software engineers, analysts and programmers with different level of professional qualifications and on the average over 7 years of programming experiences.

SoftQuest offers a range of Telecommunications and Financial applications based on proven-world class protocols and methodologies. The strength of the applications stem from our in-depth practical knowledge of the industry, extensive system analysis and design capabilities and deployment of solutions in multinational organisations such as Chevron, Agip Oil, MTN and others. Our Core Business:

SoftQuest Solutions Pty Ltd Advanced Carrier Services Delivery Provisioning & Management System (ACSDPM) provide scalable feature rich, OpenAccess and customisable suite to manage all the activities of telecommunication carriers in an integrated and real time fashion. The suite contains Virtual Media/VoIP Gateway, Calling Card Gateway, Billing Application, CRM Application, Virtual Fax Gateway and SoftPhone Gateway. Each applet is built around core modules that cater for the basic deliverables and interoperability and optional modules for added functionality.

ACSDPM is a continuously evolving system that keeps up with new communication technology. It has incorporated also mobile VoIP capability within the system and manages a comprehensive 4G mobile and portable solutions.

New technology also implemented within ACSDPM includes Video on Demand Services using the Media Gateway (a module currently under development). Whilst using the SIP protocol for signalling and a proper Session Description Protocol for media transmission (e.g. RTP), the system is intended to incorporate both media streaming management, bandwidth allocation (with a RADIUS server), and service billing within a unified environment.

The applications of ACSDPM applets can range from competitively priced PBX to SME and larger corporations to added money spinner features and attractions to websites by offering our unique SoftPhone and FaxQuest services.
