Service/Cost Setup and Management
	Enables the defining of products and services. It also includes the functionality of assigning cost values to these products/services.

BillQuest Optional Modules

Structured Installment Payments
	Enables the users be able to configure/setup different Installment Payment Options for customers. Once scheduled, the customer is not billed until the due date.




Ad hoc Installment Payments
	Enables users to schedule 'on the fly' Installment payment options. This Ad hoc installment payment module enables customizable payment options for individual customers.




Credit Card Payment API Integration
	Enables the Billing Gateway interact with a Credit Card Payment Gateway such as VeriSign.




Periodic Billing Management
	This module is needed to be able to configure/schedule different billing periods. (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)




VoIP Service Prepaid/Postpaid Billing
	This module is needed to be able to bill telephone calls that are made using the SoftQuest Virtual VoIP Gateway (Vgate). For this to be successful the appropriate modules for Billing of calls should be available within Vgate.




Broadband Bandwidth Billing
	Allows the user to bill for Broadband Services. This billing will be attached to the amount of bandwidth used during a given period.

	This module enables checking of all financial accounting information of an end user at the RADIUS authentication stage for a PPPoE network.
